DIWG sells a retail park in Naunhof
to property developer RATISBONA Handelsimmobilien
Düsseldorf, 9th. November 2016 – The DIWG asset management is bringing out the portfolio of an investor from Great Britain and disposes the local amenities center in Naunhof to the property developer RATISBONA Handelsimmobilien from Regensburg. It was mutually agreed to maintain silence on the purchase price.
The center, situated in Naunhof, holds 13.000 square meter of property space and 5.200 square meter of retail space.
The tenant-mix is composed of a discount grocery store, one gas station, one discounter market and several smaller shop units.
The seller had purchased the property in 2009 and in 2010 assigned the DIWG with the asset and property management of his portfolio, inclusive the attached center in Naunhof. Naunhof was founded 870 years ago and holds around 9.000 inhabitants.
