Our experienced team of experts offers our national and international clients a property valuation service which includes market and mortgage value appraisals, technical due diligence and individual advice.

Since its establishment in 2005, DIWG has been an owner-managed, real estate focused, group of companies with business divisions in asset management and valuation. Within asset management, DIWG offers investment, property and project management as well as transaction services.
In addition, DIWG Capital invests in joint ventures throughout Germany with local and international partners. The primary focus is on existing properties with optimisation potential and in project developments.
In the valuation sector, DIWG valuation works for national and international investors and banks and is licensed by BaFin for investment companies.
