DIWG valuation GmbH offers our national and international clients with expert valuation consulting services. Our qualified and experienced real estate appraisers are predominantly involved in the valuation of commercial and residential properties and portfolios.

Our activities focus on determining the market value and/or mortgage lending value of commercial and residential properties in Germany and abroad (e.g. office buildings, retail properties, shopping centres, logistics properties, multi-storey car parks, hotels, care homes and other operator-run properties, residential buildings and residential complexes).

Our team of valuers combines a sound understanding of the property markets with many years of experience, analytical strength, innovative spirit and an individual and professional approach to our clients.

All qualified valuers at DIWG valuation GmbH are either already certified property valuers (HypZert S/F) by HypZert GmbH and/or hold full professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).

In addition, we are BaFin-registered valuers for investment companies in accordance with the KAGB.

We operate completely independently of financing, transaction and brokerage interests and adhere to the strictest rules of conduct, such as the Code of Ethics of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We have access to a wide range of information and data search engines and maintain our own constantly updated rental and transaction databases. These are used by our in-house research team for property-specific analyses and for our trend reports.
